Q Can I get some free samples?
Yes, of course. Sometimes, we can offer free samples to you, but you should pay the express fee, and we'll refund that after you confirm the order.
Q How are courier costs handled for samples?
You can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., to have the samples collected; or inform us of your carrier collection account. Then you can pay the freight directly to your local carrier company.
